General Order Information

For Price and Availability of Standard Products:

Contact your local sales office or submit our Request for Quotation or Contact Us form for price and availability of our standard products.  Written quotations will be emailed upon request. Spellman quotations are typically valid for a period of 30 days from date of issue.

For Assistance in Specifying Custom Products:

If a standard product does not meet your needs, please contact your local Spellman Sales Office for assistance. You may also submit a Request for Quotation or Contact Us form.  A Spellman Sales Engineer will reply and guide you through the custom product specification process.

How to Order:

A Purchase Order can be transmitted to Spellman via fax, email or Post. Verbal orders are accepted but require a confirming written copy of the order.  Special arrangements can be discussed with your Spellman Sales representative.

To comply with local regulations, we require that you state if the product will be exported from the country of order and to certify the ultimate destination for your order.

An Order Acknowledgement will typically be transmitted (via email) within 3 business days after receipt of order. If you do not receive an Order Acknowledgement within 5 business days, please contact your local Spellman Sales Office for assistance.

Pricing:

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all prices are quoted Ex Works, exclusive of taxes (where applicable), duty, freight or insurance, from Spellman’s designated manufacturing center or warehouse (currently Hauppauge, New York, USA; Valhalla, NY, USA; Brownsville, Texas, USA; Pulborough, West Sussex, UK; Bochum, Germany; Suzhou, China; and Tokyo, Japan).

Freight:

Shipment will be made either freight collect via the carrier of your choice or pre-paid and billed. Should you prefer the former, please provide us with the name, phone/fax number and your account number of the carrier you plan to use. We highly recommend that you insure your shipment for the full value of the order as Spellman is not responsible for loss or damage.

Terms:

Payment at time of order is required unless otherwise agreed upon. For your convenience, we accept VISA and Mastercard (in US only, subject to our approval) or Wire transfers.
