Spellman, a family owned and managed company established in 1947, is the world's leading independent supplier of precision DC high voltage power supplies, X-Ray generators and Monoblock® X-Ray sources for medical, industrial and scientific applications. While we offer the broadest and most advanced range of standard and platform products in the industry, we specialize in partnering with OEM’s to develop, produce and support the optimum solution for each system and market segment. We currently have five design centers, six production centers, eight repair locations and over 2,100 employees in North America, Europe and Asia.
Our Mission
Spellman advances medical care, industrial processes, quality control, scientific research, security and telecommunications by providing innovative high voltage power conversion solutions that enable equipment manufacturers to achieve their systems’ performance, reliability, and cost goals.

High Voltage Expertise
Spellman's design teams in North America, Europe and Asia form the world’s largest, and most experienced group of technical specialists dedicated to the development and production of advanced HV power conversion products. Driven by customer requirements for precision power used in a broad range of high-tech applications, our engineers constantly push performance and reliability limits while optimizing cost and size. We also partner with select critical technology providers to develop proprietary HV materials and components that enable us to achieve these goals.
Global Presence
Becoming a best in class partner to our customers is not a “once and done” project at Spellman. We are continuously evaluating, optimizing and upgrading our world class production centers to maximize flexibility and process control and drive out cost.
