RoHS

Spellman products made available for the market in the European Union that are within scope of RoHS3 (RoHS 2 amendment) regulation conform to the Directive 2011/65/EU and EU/2015/863 of the European Parliament. Spellman bases its knowledge of substance content on information provided by third parties such as suppliers, manufacturers and test laboratories.

New products are engineered, manufactured and tested as RoHS3 compliant design as requested.

Spellman will provide, upon request, a Declaration of Conformance document for RoHS3 compliant products.

REACH

REACH EC 1907/2006 (화학 물질의 등록, 평가, 허가 및 제한)은 유럽 연합의 화학 물질 규제 체계입니다. REACH는 Spellman이 0.1 중량 % (w / w) 이상의 농도의 완제품에 함유된 고 위험성 물질(SVHC)에 관한 충분한 정보를 제공하도록 요구합니다. SVHC 물질 목록은 유럽 화학 물질청 (ECHA)에 의해 지속적으로 업데이트됩니다.

REACH의 목적은 제품에 사용 된 유해 물질을 감소 또는 제거하여 제품을 안전하게 사용하고 환경에 가장 낮은 영향을 주는 것입니다. Spellman은 제품에 함유 된 유해 물질을 확인, 제거 및 줄이기 위한 노력을 계속하고 있습니다.

Spellman은 공급 업체, 제조사 및 시험소와 같은 제 3 자 출처에서 제공하는 정보에 물질 내용 및 농도에 대한 지식을 기반으로 합니다.

요청 시에 Spellman은 유럽 연합 시장에 제공되는 제품에 대해 EU REACH 규정에 따라 고 위험성 물질(SVHC)을 공개할 것입니다.
