　スペルマンのESCシリーズ静電チャック用電源は、静電チャッ クウエハー処理アプリケーションに必要なクリーンで正確な電圧 を提供します。この適切にカスタム設計された電源により 長時 間の処理サイクルでも、正確にウエハーを保持します。センター タップポイントを基準とした正確なフローティング両極性出力を 特徴とする、グランド基準リバーシブル出力を用いたバ エー ションを利用可能です。包括的な故障診断回路が、電源機能およ びユーザ・インターフェースへの通信状況データを監視します。 スペルマンESCシリーズ電源は、コンパクトで軽量なパッケー ジに収納 れており、設置面積を最小限に抑えたOEM用に設計 されています。
